For a number of years now, eco leather has been a trendy fabric in various interior styles. It is a sustainable fabric that combines well with other materials and certainly fits very well within an industrial interior! Discover for yourself the combination of eco leather and our industrial materials, such as oak, metal, and leather. At Station7, you can choose from ten different colors of eco leather: Liver, Cognac, Niagara, Dark Blue, Brown, Anthracite, Gray, Graphite, Magnolia, and Moss. Which eco leather color is your favorite?
Eco leather consists of two parts: buffalo leather and polyester fabric. It is a form of recycled leather and is therefore a sustainable fabric to use for furniture. When patterns are cut from leather hides, there are always leftovers. It would be a shame to throw these leftovers away, because the material is of very good quality! That is why the leftover pieces of leather are ground up and combined with polyester to create eco leather.
Because eco bull leather is a very sturdy material, the furniture fabric lasts longer than normal fabrics. Our eco leather furniture is available in different colors. Try combining a wooden table with an eco leather dining room bench and you will see: the combination is a real eye-catcher!
It is important to brush eco leather regularly. Always use a furniture brush and brush gently in the direction of the pile/grain. When vacuuming, always use a soft brush (furniture nozzle) in combination with low suction power. Vacuum carefully and in the direction of the pile so that the fabric is disturbed as little as possible.
Does your eco leather have stains? Never let the stain dry. First, remove as much of the solid particles as possible with a spoon. Then immediately place a slightly damp terry cloth towel on the stain and leave it for a few hours so that it can completely dissolve the stain. Never rub the fabric and stain too hard.
