iDeal

Do you have access to online banking with ABN AMRO Bank, ASN Bank, ING Bank, Bunq, Knab, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS bank, or Triodos Bank? Then you can use iDEAL without any special software. Paying with iDEAL is free at Station7.nl.

Creditcard

We now accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. This means you don’t have to worry about payments and can shop without any worries. Simply select your credit card at checkout and complete your order immediately.

iDeal payment failed?

Did your payment via iDEAL fail? Please check whether the money has been debited from your account. If this is not the case, you can place your order again immediately. Has the money been debited from your bank account, but you have not received an order confirmation by email after one working day? Please contact info@station7.com.

Refund

How will you be refunded? How we refund you depends entirely on how you paid. Did you pay with iDEAL? Then we will refund the payment to your account. Did you only return part of your order? Then we will transfer the money to your specified account number. If we do not have your account number, we will ask you to provide it to us. Did you visit one of our stores and pay there? Then we will ask for your account number so that we can refund the amount.

I have not received a refund.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies depending on your bank. We always pay within 7 working days after processing the return shipment. If the amount has not appeared in your account after 7 working days, please contact backoffice@station7.com.

Redeem gift card

Do you have a Station7 gift card? You can find the card number on the back. Enter the number in the “Apply discount code” field during online payment, and the discount will be applied.
